The week following The Four Churches Festival, Rick appeared at The Waterfront in Norwich with The New English Rock Ensemble.... Ashley Holt, Tony Fernandez, Lee Pomeroy & Dave Colquhoun. With just two days to rehearse on the Monday & Tuesday it was a busy time...

This was a prelude to a festival show that was to take place in Norway the following weekend and it was the first time in a few years that Rick had performed alongside The N.E.R.E.

Being a venue with a very low ceiling, the lighting at The Waterfront was somewhat overpowering and it was very difficult to get the shots I’d have liked - many of them being too saturated in whatever colour was dominant at that moment - loads of all blue or all red lighting...nasty! Consequently many of the shots look far better in black & white rather than colour so I’ve converted many of them before placing them here!
