My first bike was a Suzuki RF600 purchased after I passed my test in October 2003.

I’d fancied getting a motorbike for a long time and finally, persuaded by my good friends I decided to go for it. Either confident or just plain hopeful, I bought the bike before I’d even taken my CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) or done the Direct Access training!! CBT one Monday, Direct Access Monday to Wednesday the following week and Test Thursday morning!! I’d certainly recommend it to anyone.
